We are looking for an intern to develop and strengthen customer relations and take over the social media accounts.
- Providing an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them
- Answering questions, suggestions, and remarks from clients
- Receiving and dealing with customer claims
- Copywriting for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content
- Planning and adhering to content calendars to schedule posts on different social media platforms
- A university student majoring in either advertising, marketing, or communications
- Understanding either German, English, or Turkish
- Strong written and verbal communication
- You are a fantastic team player, inspire peers and communicate clearly and effectively
- You have high adaptability, flexibility, and commitment supported by a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Duration: 3-6 Months
