Marketing & Business Development Intern

About the Company

The host company is a well-established electrical contracting and engineering firm based in Istanbul. The team specializes in the design, installation, and supervision of electrical systems across factory, residential, and social facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and in-person meetings with construction companies to introduce company services and build professional relationships.
• Support business development activities by identifying potential clients and expanding the existing customer portfolio.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional presentations
• Participate in organizing client visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Help track communication records, update CRM databases, and report progress to the marketing manager.
• Contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and outreach in the construction and engineering sector.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Engineering (with an interest in marketing).
• Good communication and presentation skills in English (Turkish language is an advantage).
• Confident speaking on the phone and in meetings.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Interest in the construction, engineering, or technical services sector.

Location: Istanbul (office in Bahçeşehir + site visits to factories, residential and social facility projects)
Duration: 3–6 months
Start Date: Flexible
